“ I decided to get a trainer when i started feeling a sluggish at work- What i liked about working with Bec is that she listened to what i felt i needed to work on , but also came up with her own ideas of the things ineeded to work on. The first 6 -7 session I felt really fatigued and really not feeling well by the end of the workout. Bec just kept encouraging me and that would change. Around week 3 , I started feeling stronger as the workout continued into the last 1/2 hour and much better when I finished the worout then i had all day.
